Michael Mosley uses himself as a guinea pig to investigate health and wellness

Michael Mosley is a British journalist and physician who is known for his work on the BBC's "Trust Me, I'm a Doctor" program. Mosley has also written several books on health and wellness, including "The Fast Diet" and "The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet". In his latest book, "Fast Exercise", Mosley investigates the benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Mosley believes that three 20-second bursts of high-intensity training three times per week can be as effective as traditional aerobic exercise.

In the new issue of Radio Times magazine, Mosley introduces us to his new book and discusses the benefits of HIIT. Mosley says that HIIT is "a great way to get fit quickly and easily." He also says that HIIT can help to improve blood sugar control, reduce body fat, and increase energy levels. Mosley concludes by saying that HIIT is "a great way to boost your health and well-being."
